Booking & Cancellation Policy

3.1 Booking Rules

• All bookings must be made online
• A confirmation email or app notification serves as proof of booking

3.2 Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation window: 12 hours before class start time
• Cancellations made 12 hours or more before the class — no penalty
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class result in the class being forfeited
• No additional cancellation fees are charged

3.3 No-Shows

Failure to attend a booked class without cancellation results in the class being forfeited.

3.4 Refunds

No refunds are offered for late cancellations, no-shows, or unused class packages.
