Booking & Cancellation Policy

3.1 Booking Rules

• All bookings must be made online
• A confirmation email or app notification serves as proof of booking

3.2 Cancellation Policy

No Late Cancellation Fee. £20 No-Show Fee.

• Cancellation window: 12 hours before class start time
• Cancellations made 12 hours or more before the class — no penalty
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class result in the class being forfeited, with no additional monetary fee

3.3 No-Shows

Failure to attend a booked class without cancelling in advance is recorded as a No-Show. A client who is recorded as a No-Show for a booked class may be charged a £20 No-Show Fee, in addition to the class being forfeited.

3.4 Refunds

No refunds are offered for late cancellations, no-shows, or unused class packages. The No-Show Fee is separate from, and in addition to, the forfeited class.
